This screen printing machine is available with 10 pallets and 4 colors. The maximum printing area is 200mm by 200mm. The ROQ NAno is an extremely powerful platform for printing smaller areas, such as t-shirts, sleeves or tags. It outputs an impressive 1200 pieces per hour.

It uses specially designed flash units that are  embedded in the machine itself. It was designed to be small and still keep the qualities of the ROQ screen-printing machines the quality, durability, precision and reliability.

Its smaller size makes it a perfect screen-printing machine for smaller shops or to complement bigger machines. Having these market necessities in mind the ROQ Nano was designed to fit through regular doors (the base of the machine is 800mm wide) and it can be moved without the need to level the machine lending the machine a unique versatility.

The ROQ Nano presents independent control panels in each print head. The print heads use an elevation central system. You can choose from a “U” clamp or pin system for the pneumatic screen holder system. And as all the other ROQ screen-printing machines it presents a central control panel with polychromatic LCD touch screen, micro registration screen system with Vernier scale and invidual controls for managing the print and flood speed, height and angle of the squeegees and the stroke length.

Built with quality materials the ROQ Nano has been shipped throughout the world. It was designed to need very little maintenance and ROQ took great care in using robust and easy to find parts in its construction. In the event of some part needs its worldwide assistance network will source the part fast and make sure that the maintenance times are minimal. The ROQ Nano was designed to spend its working life printing, non stop.
