ROQ strengthens digital skills with new training

2026.02.23

Digital transformation in industry is not driven solely by more advanced machinery or more robust software. It is driven, above all, by people who are prepared to use IT tools with efficiency, precision and strategic focus. When this foundation is weak, operational errors increase, productivity declines and information management risks intensify.

In a highly competitive industrial sector, where every detail affects costs, deadlines and quality, limited proficiency in digital tools restricts overall organisational performance. Processes slow down, internal communication loses clarity and innovation potential is reduced.

Within this context, ROQ delivered the training programme “IT Tools from the User’s Perspective”, a 16-hour course integrated into the Compete 2030 Programme – Innovation and Digital Transition. This initiative forms part of the company’s ongoing internal qualification strategy, focused on strengthening the digital skills essential to daily operations.

The training was designed with a practical approach, covering the efficient use of operating systems, productivity tools and best practices in digital environments. The objective was clear: to ensure that each participant masters the IT resources required to perform tasks with greater autonomy, security and consistency.

The impact is direct and measurable. Better-prepared teams mean fewer errors, faster task execution, improved information organisation and more structured processes. It also represents a stronger internal culture aligned with the challenges of innovation and digital transition.

By integrating this initiative under Compete 2030 – Innovation and Digital Transition, ROQ reinforces its commitment to modernisation, competitiveness and the continuous development of its teams. Technology is a strategic pillar, but the real differentiator lies in the human ability to use it with intelligence and purpose.

Continuous qualification remains an integral part of ROQ’s vision: to grow through solid knowledge, operational efficiency and a clear commitment to industrial excellence.
