Description
The pallet is a central part of the screen printing process, the roq's pallets made of aluminum, but hollow inside, making them much lighter than a normal pallet. The interior design of the pallets is based on honeycomb architecture. This feature lends them the extraordinary mechanical resistance necessary to endure millions of cycles in an automatic screen-printing machine. As a bonus, it is much easier to control and change the temperature of these screen printing pallets. This unique feature makes screen printing with water-based inks a super-efficient process.
