Description
The ROQ FEED DUAL is an automated transfer loading accessory developed to complement the ROQ IMPRESS and eliminate manual handling during transfer placement. Built for customers scaling DTF production, it adds a new level of autonomy and flexibility by introducing two trays and an automatic tray-switching system, keeping production running even during long shifts.
Each tray holds approximately 360 transfers (depending on thickness). A 180° pneumatic rotating arm switches trays automatically, allowing continuous feeding without stopping the machine. Operators can refill while production continues, improving uptime and reducing intervention.
ROQ FEED DUAL operates in two modes. In Normal Mode, the system uses one tray at a time and switches automatically when transfers run out, allowing uninterrupted production with minimal operator attention. In Multifeed Mode, the system alternates between both trays, with independent placement coordinates for each, enabling smarter job management and higher flexibility across different designs.
With precise electric X and Y axes and a seven-cup adjustable vacuum spider, ROQ FEED DUAL ensures stable handling and reliable placement, supporting consistent results at high speeds. In Normal Mode, it can reach up to 500 pieces per hour, depending on setup and production conditions.
