Description
The ROQ ID-PRESS is a fully automatic heat-press platform designed for high-volume small-format DTF applications. It is ideal for inside neck labels, sleeve prints, chest emblems, pocket logos, and other applications requiring a compact pressing area.
Based on the proven concept of the ROQ IMPRESS P08C04 M, the ID-PRESS combines automatic transfer feeding, automatic peel-off, and a fully synchronized production cycle. With 8 stations, 4 automatic heat presses, and dedicated pre-press and post-press stages, it automates an operation that often remains manual or occupies valuable capacity on larger automatic presses.
With output of up to 400 pieces per hour with a single operator and up to 600 pieces per hour depending on the operating mode, the ROQ ID-PRESS increases productivity, reduces operator intervention, and frees production capacity for other operations.
