The ROQ Group announces a new chapter in its leadership, marked by a CEO transition.

After several years of dedication and commitment to the company's development, Fernando Pinto is stepping down from his role as CEO of the ROQ Group. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening and expanding the organization, contributing to ROQ’s international growth and establishing the company as a global reference in the industry.

The CEO position will now be assumed by Romeu Ribeiro, who has made significant contributions over the years to the development of solutions, the strengthening of engineering capabilities, and the advancement of ROQ’s innovation strategy.

Most recently, he served as Engineering Director for Digital Equipment, leading strategic projects that contributed to the company’s technological development and reinforced its innovation capabilities.

With extensive knowledge of the organization, the industry, and the challenges facing the sector, Romeu Ribeiro takes on this new responsibility with the goal of continuing ROQ’s sustainable growth strategy, further strengthening innovation, customer and partner relationships, and the global presence of the Group.
