Specially during this World Youth Skills Day, we want to emphasize what is at the heart of our business model: people and their development. In fact, by encouraging their creative, relational and materializing human potential, we know that we are creating conditions for exceptional skills and talents  reveal themselves, in a results-oriented ROQ culture.

With over 570 employees and an average age of around 33, we try to give opportunities to our youth, so that they find in ROQ the beginning of their professional careers and continue to shine bright with us for as long as possible.

Our welcoming and integration policy is also characterized by having direct contact with schools and universities, receiving young people in curricular internships and summer internships for work in several areas, thus, creating synergies with the academic world and the community.
