ROQ Group is proud to announce that April was our safety Month as part of our ESG program!
We know that the safety of our employees is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we've carried out various actions within our facilities to make a difference

The actions carried out under this theme were:

Children's drawings - we challenged our employees' children, nephews or godchildren to draw pictures of what safety means to them.

Safe leader's handbook - This handbook was used to educate team leaders and coordinators about safety rules, how to act in the event of risk situations and, above all, how to lead.

Safety quiz - We held a quiz around the group's facilities for our employees with questions related to safety, behavior and actions. All the winners received t-shirts as prizes!

Best safety phrase - The challenge was for all employees to write a phrase about the importance of safety in their workplace. The prize is very tempting.

Safety cards - In connection with the safety break, we gave all employees decks of cards with safety phrases and procedures, so that even during breaks they are reminded of the importance of safety.
